The only child of a pirate (later privateer) captain and an unknown father, Eyrigraeb - named for a poetic kenning for the sea - spent her earliest years in a family home near the Limsa Lominsa wharfs.Either always trouble or getting into trouble, it wasn't until a local convent of penitents offered to give the girl a sense of direction and discipline that she seemed to settle and even thrive.

Lesser known is the daughter she left behind, father unknown.Dutiful Sister: Eyrigraeb's upbringing in the convent of the dutiful sisters of the edelweiss isn't something she seems to much reflect on, but she's seen too much down on the docks by the fisherman's guild to have walked away from her life of piety and prayer. Her fellow 'Sisters' may recognize a comrade, a lookout willing to aid when needed.Aces and Eights: A self-proclaimed gambling afficionado, Eyrigraeb can be found in back-room card games and, when the weather is fine, catches an airship to play the tables at the famous manderville gold saucer. She's not always a successful gambler - sometimes she defintely loses more money than she should and gets in trouble to boot - but plays on as if by enjoyment - or complusion - alone.
